Mid Week! New Things!

It's mid week after Spring's been a killer week as far as getting back into the routine of things and getting up early to go back to work, not to relax, drink coffee and read emails at my leisure!  The week has been good...started watching what I eat, as in healthier things.  Today, I start exercising!  Yep, you heard it right, starting Zumba tonight, let's hope it doesn't kill me...we will see...need to get this body moving again...years ago I used to walk 2-3 miles a day...I was younger and had more energy then too!

And, the big 55 is coming up in a few body is feeling 55 as of late also....I'll keep ya posted on progress!
